In learning about Pine for the Pine Pencilpost Bed we're building, I need a place to keep notes.

To seal sap in, use dewaxed shellac.

To glue sappy pine, clean with alcohol, lacquer thinner, naphtha, or mineral spirits (it is still unclear which is best), and then glue with regular wood glue.
